1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by I MART, including:

  • E-commerce Products

  • Food Delivery

  • Pharmacy

  • Grocery

  • Car Rental

  • Parcel / Courier Services

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

A. E-commerce & Grocery Orders

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be allowed.

  • Cancellation requests must be made by contacting customer support immediately.

B. Food Delivery Orders

  • Once the restaurant confirms and prepares the order, cancellation is not allowed.

  • If cancelled before preparation, refund may be processed after deduction of applicable charges.

C. Pharmacy Orders

  • Orders for medicines cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Prescription medicines are non-returnable as per health regulations.

D. Car Rental Services

  • Cancellation before booking confirmation: Full refund.

  • Cancellation after confirmation but before rental start time: Refund after deduction of cancellation charges.

  • No refund for early return of vehicle.

E. Parcel / Courier Services

  • Cancellation allowed before pickup.

  • Once parcel is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Expired medicine delivered

  • Duplicate payment

  • Order cancelled within eligible time

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items/services are non-refundable:

  • Prepared food orders

  • Opened or used products

  • Prescription medicines (unless wrong or damaged)

  • Services already completed

  • Car rental usage time already consumed


5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway policies.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider.

7. Return Instructions (If Applicable)

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return pickup may be arranged by I MART (where applicable).

  • Customers must provide proof (photo/video) for damaged items.
